Will-Call Hours: 8:30 AM until 2:00 PM Monday-Friday, Pacific Time.

Saturday Appointments: available for an additional $149.00, plus applicable taxes, regardless of order size.  Subject to availability within our service area.

Multi-Warehouse Orders:  If you have placed orders from more than one warehouse and would like one delivery to the stage address, there is a $75 fee to consolidate the items.  3 Business Days advance notice is critical for multi-warehouse orders as we use the 3rd day to transfer items and consolidate them at one warehouse before final delivery. 

 

Will-Call Options

Please come prepared in a suitable enclosed vehicle to protect the furniture from weather and transportation damage (no pick-up trucks or open trailers).

To protect the furniture, it is required that you have the proper equipment (i.e. an enclosed vehicle, blankets, straps, ties, bins). Packing supplies are available for monthly rental if needed (Blankets/$6 - Strap/$12 - Bins/$5). All items must be returned in the condition they were received. The customer is responsible for any damages that occur during self-loaded Will-Call orders. SDN staff will make the final decision on whether further supplies or attention are required to ensure the protection of our inventory.

Advance appointments are preferred.  We can occasionally accommodate same-day depending on our schedule, but you may need to wait while we complete our scheduled work.

SDN Assist:  $25

Our team will be happy to help you load your order for a small fee to cover our time.

Self Loaded:  No Fee

There is no fee for self-loaded orders. We still ask that you come prepared with the proper supplies, crew, and vehicle to safely load your items and protect them in transit.

How to Request a Preferred Appointment Date for Your Order

When you place your order, our system will ask you to request a preferred appointment date. This does not secure your appointment, but it does put you in the queue in the order your request was received.  You may also send your request to scheduling@sdninc.co.

  • For Deliveries, we request a minimum of 3 business days advance notice.  You may email scheduling@sdninc.co to enter a placeholder for your order if you are still choosing items but would like to hold the time.
  • For Destages, we request a minimum of 5 business days advance notice.
  • For Will-Call Pick-ups and Drop-offs, we request a minimum of 1 business day advance notice.  Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate expedited requests and these will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • We will respond within 1 business day to confirm your appointment date or suggest the next best date.
  • Deliveries are typically scheduled in the morning and Destages in the afternoon.  
  • We will send a confirmation by 11 AM the day before your appointment to confirm your appointment time. Please take this opportunity to respond if there are any changes.  Note that there is a +/-1 hour window around your appointment time for Deliveries and Destages.
  • On the day of your Delivery or Destage appointment, our team will send an “On the Way” text when they leave for your address.  The message will show the ETA and have a link so you can track their progress. Using the link, you can also communicate directly with the driver through the notes journal.
  • We require your presence or the presence of an authorized representative to enter the property. An authorized signature is required at the completion of all appointments.
  • Your rental will continue until the items are inspected and received back into inventory.  For items that are made up of multiple pieces, all pieces must be received to end the rental period for that order.

Cancellations

Notify us through the link in your text notification by 7:00 AM one business day prior to the scheduled appointment date for no fee. You can also notify us at scheduling@sdninc.co or by phone at (425) 999-5356. Cancellations after 7AM one business day prior:

  • For Deliveries, a 50% restocking fee will be applied as we will have pulled the order. The Delivery will be charged based on the value of the order. Free Deliveries will be charged at the next pay level down, but the rescheduled Delivery will be free if the order meets the minimum threshold.
  • For Destages, the destage will be charged based on the value of the order. Free Destages will be charged at the next pay level down, but the rescheduled Destage will be free if the order meets the minimum threshold.
  • For Will-Call Pick-ups, a 50% restocking fee will be applied as we will have pulled the order.
  • For Will-Call Drop-offs, no charge.

Delivery No-Shows
For no-shows on the day of the appointment, we will attempt to contact you and wait as long as the schedule allows. If we are unable to reach you and gain access to the property, the Delivery will be charged based on the value of the order. Free Deliveries will be charged at the next pay level down, but the rescheduled Delivery will be free if the order meets the minimum threshold. If items are not delivered by the end of the next business day, we will cancel the order and charge a 50% restocking fee.

Will-Call Pick-up No-Shows
For no-shows on the day of the appointment, we will attempt to contact you and reconfirm for the following business day. If the items are not picked up by the end of the next business day, we will cancel the order and charge a 50% restocking fee.

Concierge Services are billed at $25 per 15 minutes of labor and must be requested at the time of your order so we may schedule in the time for your project.

1 – Order value is based on the pre-tax dollar value of the rental items at the time of the appointment. For example, an order that qualifies for free Delivery may not qualify for free Destage if items have been returned or transferred dropping the order value below $1000. The value of multiple order numbers delivering at the same time to the same address will be combined to determine total delivery value.

2 – Ferry tickets and extra time will be applied to the delivery cost regardless of order size.

3 – Extra mileage is every mile greater than 20 miles from the Fulfillment Center closest to your address. Extra mileage is calculated using the one-way driving distance from the closest Fulfillment Center to the address using route planning software. For example, if your stage is 32 miles from our closest fulfillment center, we will bill 12 extra miles at the stated rate

4 – Optional Extra Time is any activity outside of the single placement of items on the order, see Concierge Services above for lists of additional activities. Extra Time must be requested in advance to ensure we plan the time into the schedule and will be charged in 15-minute increments.
