New Furniture Sales Orders
Flat fee of $175.00 within a 20-mile drive of your local Fulfillment Center, or FREE for orders over $1,000.

Fulfillment Center Hours of Operation: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday-Friday, Pacific Time. Saturday's for an additional charge.

How to Request Your Preferred Delivery Date for Orders, or Pick-Up Date for Will-Call Orders
When you place your order, our system will ask you to request a preferred delivery/pick-up date. This does not secure your appointment, but it does put you in the queue in order your request was received. SDN will contact you within 1 business day to confirm with the closest date available to your request. You may also send your request to orders@sdninc.co and you will receive a response within 1 business day, though typically sooner.

If you have an emergency, please contact our Fulfillment Center directly at (425) 999-5356. Our team is often on the lift or have their hands full, so if they don’t answer, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • We will respond within 1 business day with your delivery date.
  • Deliveries are typically scheduled in the morning and de-stages in the afternoon.
  • 48 hours prior to delivery, we will reconfirm your delivery window. Note that deliveries may fall up to one hour pre-or post our calendared arrival time.
  • On the day of delivery, our team will call when within 30 minutes of our GPS anticipated arrival time.


Will Call

SDN Assist - $25
SDN is happy to help you load your order. Please come prepared in a suitable closed vehicle for the furniture orders.

Self Loaded - Free
If you choose to bring your own crew of movers, there will be no will-call fee. Again, we ask you to come prepared with the proper supplies, crew, and vehicle to load your products on to.

Will-Call is open from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM and requires one-business-day advanced notice.*
    *Due to space and staffing limitations we are not always able to always accomomdate expedited requests. A $100 rush fee may be charged for requests without at least 24 hours notice.

To protect the furniture, it is required that you have the proper equipment (i.e. enclosed vehicle, blankets, straps, ties, etc.) Packing supplies are available for monthly rental if needed (Blankets/$6 - Strap/$12 - Bins/$5). All items must be returned in the condition they were received in. The customer is responsible for any damages that occurr during self-loaded will-call orders. SDN will make all final decisions on whether the packing requires further supplies or attention.


Will Call No-Shows
Customer has 1 business day after the scheduled date to pick up all items. SDN will contact them on the day of a no-show. At the end of the second day, if they are still a no-show, we will cancel the order and charge a 50% restocking fee.


Cancellation and No-Show Fees
If you need to cancel your delivery, notify us by email (and voicemail) before 7:00 AM at least one full business day prior to the scheduled delivery date for no fee. After that point, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.


Destages
Please note, we require your presence and signature on-site at the destage. Your rental will continue until the items are scanned in and available for the owner or other members to utilize.
Email orders@sdninc.co to be put in the destage request queue. If possible, provide us with 7 business days advanced notice. 


Transfers


Self-moved:   Free
SDN-moved:  Price is double the delivery fee plus $1.95 for every mile outside a 20 mile drive of the Fulfillment Center.


A la Carte Concierge Services

  • Hanging pictures and artwork
  • Hanging draperies
  • Moving personal items
  • Etc.

Concierge Services are billed at $25 per 15 minutes of labor, and must be discussed at time of your order so we may set aside the time for your project.
